• Handling legal matters of the Department of Personnel

• Assisting in drafting and interpretation of rules and government notifications

• Providing legal advice in service and administrative matters

• Conducting legal research and preparing case records

• Assisting in court related matters and departmental proceedings

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification

  • Professional degree in Law from a recognised University

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an Advocate

Desirable

Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh

Salary / Perks

• Fixed emoluments for Job Trainee: ₹28,000 per month
