Roles and Responsibilities

Assistant Manager (Law): Responsibilities include providing legal advice on corporate issues and lending activities; drafting and executing legal documents; monitoring cases before various courts and tribunals; preparing title scrutiny reports; conducting field visits; and conducting due diligence.

Eligibility

• Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
• Age (as of 01/12/2025): Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years. (Age relaxations apply for reserved categories and RFC employees).
• Educational Qualifications (as of 01/12/2025):
  • Law: First-class L.L.B. (60% marks) with either two years of professional experience or three years of practice at the BAR. Alternatively, an L.L.M. from a recognized institute (no experience required for L.L.M. holders).
• Other Requirements: Working knowledge of Hindi written in the Devanagari script is required.

Salary/perks

• Probation Period: Fixed remuneration of Rs. 31,100/- per month during the two-year probation training.
• Post-Probation: Placed in Pay Matrix Level-12 with a starting basic pay of Rs. 44,300/-.
• Perks: Eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, and other benefits as per RFC Staff Regulations. The approximate initial monthly gross emoluments are Rs. 79,854/- at Jaipur.
