Essential:

Must be enrolled as an Advocate with a State Bar Council

Minimum 2 years post-enrolment experience, in any one of the following:

Practising Advocate, or
-
Law Officer in a Bank / Financial Institution / PSU / Government body, or
-
Full-time Law Faculty in a recognised University or Law College

Desirable:

Exposure to Banking Law, Company Law, Labour Law, Constitutional Law

Experience in drafting pleadings, advisory opinions, and litigation briefs
