The recruitment is for the Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) of the Designing Innovative Solutions for Holistic Access to Justice (DISHA) Scheme.
About the Post / Opportunity
Applications are invited for Consultants to be engaged on a contract basis for the PMU of the DISHA Scheme.
- Positions: Program Manager (LLLAP), Program Associate, and Office Assistant (Admin)
- Initial Tenure: Up to March 31, 2026, from the date of joining (extendable on a need basis).

Program Manager (LLLAP) |
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law or Bachelor's in Social Science from a recognized University. Experience: Minimum of 5 years working experience in the Govt. of India/Ministries/Departments/State Govt/PSUs and having handled projects/schemes with Pan India/State implications, preferably on development projects with rural communities and civil society organizations. Experience in result-based management, M&E framework development, financial monitoring, and reporting is desirable. |

Program Associate |
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law. Experience: Freshers may apply. Knowledge in the social/development sector, preferable with on-ground work with partners including social enterprises, etc., will be given preference. Candidate should possess required good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. |
General Terms & Conditions
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on all weekdays, with half an hour's lunch break27.
- Leave: 12 days in a year on a pro-rata basis. Leave cannot be combined/extended to the next year.
- Increment: Up to 10% on completion of one year of continuous engagement, based on satisfactory performance.
- Termination: The contract can be terminated at any time without assigning any reason. Normally, the Department requires one month's notice. The consultant may leave after a minimum lock-in period of six months by serving two months' notice or two months' remuneration in lieu of notice.
- Facilities: Full-time consultants are eligible for an official email ID, government identification card, internet connection, telephone, and standard office equipment. They are not eligible for Government Accommodation, HRA, or CGHS facility.
