Handling legal cases, legal documentations, drafting of contracts, statutory compliance under various Acts, RTI etc.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

Full time Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute (3 years regular course) OR Full time Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute (5 years integrated regular course). Minimum Qualification required for the post shall be from Govt. Recognized University/Institute only.

Experience:

4 years or above post qualification work experience in handling legal cases, legal documentations, drafting of contracts, statutory compliance under various Acts, RTI etc. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience of working in Govt. Sector. Self-practice experience as an advocate will not be considered for computation of the 4 years; only experience with Govt., Govt. Sector Bodies, Law Firms, Professional Firms, LLPs or reputed private sector companies will be considered.

Salary / Perks

Consolidated and fixed remuneration of INR 50,000 per month, inclusive of all benefits and allowances. EPF and Gratuity governed by respective statutes, computed on minimum threshold of INR 15,000 under EPF Act. TDS deducted as per Income Tax Act. 5% annual increment on consolidated pay. Medical Health Insurance Policy of Rs. Three Lakhs for self (max premium ceiling Rs. 5,000/annum, reimbursed on submission of policy copy and premium receipt), covering Covid-19 and other diseases. Natural Death Coverage and Accidental Death Coverage of INR 10 lacs each under Group Cover(s) taken by NMRC.
