Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd. is a Joint Venture of the Government of India and the Government of NCT of Delhi, responsible for planning, implementation, and operation of rail-based mass rapid transit systems in India and abroad.

DMRC has been entrusted with Operation & Maintenance (O&M) work of Mumbai Metro Line-3 (Aqua Line).

About the Post / Opportunity

Applications are invited from experienced and dynamic Indian nationals for engagement as Manager (Legal & Finance) on a Fixed Term Contractual Engagement (FTCE) basis for Mumbai Metro Line-3.

The role involves handling legal, finance, and contract management functions relating to metro operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Handling legal, finance, and contract management matters for Mumbai Metro Line-3

● Managing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and financial structures related to EPC / O&M projects

● Advising on labour laws, contract labour regulations, and statutory compliance

● Supporting dispute resolution and legal coordination related to metro operations

● Assisting management in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and contractual obligations

● Any other duties assigned in connection with DMRC’s O&M responsibilities

Eligibility

Educational Qualification

 Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised University

Experience

● Overall 8 years’ experience, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in contract management

● Experience in MRTS or transportation sector is desirable

● Candidate must be working / have worked in Government / PSU / Metro / Private Organisation

● Candidates from private sector must have annual CTC of ₹8 lakh or above

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (as on 01.01.2026)

Salary / Perks

● Consolidated Monthly Salary: ₹1,13,030/-

● Salary is inclusive of all benefits (accommodation, transport, medical, LTA, canteen, etc.)

● EPF deduction and gratuity applicable as per rules

● No additional allowances admissible
