Roles and Responsibilities

Handle court cases and advise management on the right perspective to take while pursuing cases.

Manage legal risk, policy development, litigation management, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation.

Liaise with relevant departments to address legal risks and statutory obligations.

Review litigation progress and coordinate with external lawyers.

Eligibility

Chief Manager (Corporate Legal): Degree in Law from a recognized National/International University; desirable master’s degree in Corporate/Maritime Law; 15 years’ experience in the legal wing of corporates; proven track record in contract negotiation and drafting; practicing experience as an advocate; upper age limit 55 years.

Manager (Corporate Legal): Degree in Law from a recognized National/International University; desirable master’s degree in Corporate/Maritime Law; 5 years’ experience in the legal wing of corporates; practicing experience as an advocate; upper age limit 40 years.

Experience after acquiring the essential qualification only will be counted.

Salary / Perks

Chief Manager (Corporate Legal): Rs. 2,00,000 per month.

Manager (Corporate Legal): Rs. 1,20,000 per month.
