Roles and Responsibilities

● Assisting the High Court Legal Services Committee in legal and related official work
● Maintaining confidentiality and secrecy of official records, documents, and proceedings
● Ensuring devotion to duty and maintaining high standards of integrity and conduct
● Handling documents and information responsibly to prevent unauthorised disclosure
● Any other work assigned by the High Court Legal Services Committee in connection with its functions

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification

  • Law Graduate or Post-Graduate from a University / College recognised by the Bar Council of India

  • Students in 5th year of 5-year law course or final year of 3-year law course are also eligible, subject to passing LL.B. before engagement

  • Candidates pursuing LL.M. or any course requiring compulsory attendance are not eligible

• Additional Preference

  • Familiarity with computer usage will be given preference

Salary / Perks

● Monthly Honorarium: ₹40,000 (consolidated)
● No other allowance or remuneration is admissible
● Engagement does not confer any right to permanent employment
