Eligibility Criteria
A. Educational Qualification
Applicants must be law graduates (including integrated law degree) from a recognised institution in India recognised by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
Students studying in the 5th year of the 5-year integrated law course or the 3rd year of the 3-year law course may also apply, subject to submitting proof of qualification before joining.
B. Age Limit
Minimum age: 20 years
Maximum age: 32 years
Age to be calculated as on 07 February 2026.
Selection Process
Selection will be conducted in three parts:
Part I: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) Test
Part II: Subjective Written Test
Part III: Interview
If the number of candidates qualifying Part I is large, evaluation of Part II may be limited to a ratio of 1:10 against tentative vacancies, and candidates may be shortlisted for interview in a ratio of 1:3.
Examination Details
Date of Examination: 07 March 2026
Mode:
Part I will be conducted online.
Part II questions will be displayed on computer and answers are to be written in pen-paper mode.
Negative Marking (Part I): 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Test Centres
The written test will be held in the following cities:
Ahmedabad, Ambala, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Visakhapatnam.
Centres may be increased or decreased depending on administrative requirements.
Answer Key and Objection Process (Part I)
Model answer keys will be published on 08 March 2026 and will remain available until 09 March 2026 (11:59 PM).
Objections may be submitted online by payment of Rs. 100 per objection. If the objection is found valid, the fee will be refunded.

Application Fee

Important Conditions
The engagement is full-time and contractual. Selected candidates shall not accept any other assignment or practice as an advocate during the term of engagement.
No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the written test.
