About the Post:
CERSAI is recruiting Chief Manager (Legal) on a regular basis under Advertisement No. 02/2025 to strengthen its legal and compliance framework.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drafting, vetting, and execution of legal documents.
- Managing legal compliance and corporate law functions.
- Handling litigation in DRTs, Civil/Criminal Courts, and arbitration proceedings.
- Providing legal opinion on company and financial matters.
- Ensuring adherence to laws including SARFAESI, RDB Act, IBC, and company law.
Eligibility:
- Full-time Degree in Law (LLB) or 5-year Integrated Law degree from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks.
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in legal research, corporate law, or legal compliance—preferably in Banks/Financial Institutions/PSUs/CPSEs.
- Maximum age limit: 40 years (as of 01.09.2025).
Salary/Perks:
Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 (E-3 level).
Approximate CTC: ₹18 lakhs per annum including IDA, HRA, and other CPSE allowances.
