Roles and Responsibilities

● Drafting and vetting of legal documents, pleadings, and writ petitions
● Handling and pursuing service-related court cases
● Advising on personnel, service, and recruitment-related legal issues
● Assisting the department in legal compliance and representation before courts
● Any other legal work assigned by the competent authority

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification

  • Law Graduate and enrolled with the Bar Council of India

• Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in legal work, including:
    – Drafting writ petitions
    – Handling service-related litigation
    – Adequate knowledge of personnel service and recruitment rules

• Additional Conditions

  • No involvement in any criminal case

  • No disciplinary action taken by any authority

  • Candidate must not be engaged in any other employment, honorary assignment, or legal practice at the time of assuming charge

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in service law matters

Salary / Perks

● Monthly Remuneration: ₹60,000
● In case of outsourcing, contract charges plus GST shall be applicable
● No other allowances are admissible
