About the Post / Opportunity
Applications are invited on a deputation basis for filling up multiple legal positions in NALSA, New Delhi. These roles support the implementation of legal aid schemes, policy formulation, and administrative legal functions under the central government. The deputation will be governed by standard central government rules, with tenure up to 3 years (extendable based on performance).

Roles and Responsibilities

Handling legal advisory on administrative, financial, and parliamentary matters related to legal aid programs

Drafting legal opinions, documents, and notes for NALSA's operations and court/parliamentary queries

Assisting in interpretation of laws, rules, and regulations for legal services delivery

Supporting litigation, vigilance, and research in legal aid and justice access initiatives
