Roles and Responsibilities

1. Draft complaints, petitions, replies, rejoinders, affidavits, and other pleadings/legal documents for various Courts.

2. Appear before different Courts and legal forums across the country as required.

3. Render all necessary legal assistance to SFIO officers in prosecution and investigation matters.

4. Provide expert legal advice and opinions on diverse corporate law matters.

5. Young Professionals will provide baseline support to senior consultants and assist investigation teams in miscellaneous legal tasks.

Eligibility

Qualification: For Young Professional (Law): Law Graduate. For Junior Consultant (Law): Advocate.

Experience: For Young Professional (Law): Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably with exposure in investigation agencies or regulatory bodies in Corporate Law. For Junior Consultant (Law): 3 to 8 years of experience, preferably with exposure in investigation agencies or regulatory bodies in Corporate Law.

Age Limit: Maximum upper age limit is up to 65 years.

Salary / Perks

Remuneration: Young Professional (Law): Rs. 60,000/- per month. Junior Consultant (Law): Rs. 80,000/- per month.

Tenure: Initial term of 3 years, extendable by a further period of 2 years on a case-to-case basis (Maximum 5 years total or until reaching 65 years of age).

Other: No additional allowances such as DA, HRA, residential accommodation, telephone, or medical reimbursement are admissible. TA/DA for approved official domestic travel is permissible as per entitlement of officers in Pay Level 9 to 11.
