About the Post / Opportunity

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drafting of deeds, agreements, terms, and conditions

• Examination and vetting of legal documents

• Pursuing and handling legal cases on behalf of HSIIDC

• Providing legal assistance in matters related to government, commercial, and financial institutions

Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate (Second Division) and

• LL.B (Professional) – Second Division

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in:

  • Government organizations, or

  • Commercial organizations, or

  • Financial institutions / Banks

• Experience must be in drafting legal documents and pursuing legal cases

Language Requirement:

Must have passed Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric level

Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years

• Maximum: 42 years (as on 16.02.2026)

• Age relaxation applicable as per Haryana Government rules

Salary

Pay scale and allowances as applicable to Group-B posts in HSIIDC, as per service rules (exact pay not specified in the notification)
