Roles and Responsibilities

• • Providing legal advisory and contract management for infrastructure, shipping, maritime, and ports projects.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and interpreting concession agreements, EPC contracts, and consultancy contracts.

  • Monitoring contractual compliance and providing advisory on claims and disputes.

  • Conducting risk assessments and advising on PPP laws and maritime legislation.

  • Coordinating with public sector authorities regarding government schemes and PPP frameworks.

Eligibility

Qualification: LLB, LLM, or Company Secretary.

Experience (Grade-wise)

• • • Grade I: 3–8 years of post-qualification relevant experience.

    • Grade II: 8–15 years of post-qualification relevant experience.

Age Limit (as of 31.12.2025)

• • • Grade I: Maximum 45 years.

    • Grade II: Maximum 50 years.

Salary/Perks

Grade I: ₹80,000 – ₹1,45,000 per month.

Grade II: ₹1,45,000 – ₹2,65,000 per month.

Perks: TA/DA and hotel accommodation for official tours as per company policy.
