The role involves providing legal and regulatory support in relation to alternative investment fund investments and compliance functions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal due diligence of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and related investments

• Vetting and reviewing SOPs, MoUs, side letters, and contribution agreements

• Ensuring compliance with PFRDA regulations, SEBI (AIF) Regulations, and applicable laws

• Handling legal queries, disputes, and compliance reporting

• Performing other legal assignments as required by the TrustEligibility

Educational Qualification

LL.B. and LL.M. degree from a recognised university

Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in legal and regulatory matters in

• Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)

• Private Equity / Private Debt

• BFSI / Insurance / Pension Fund sectorSalary / Perks

• Consolidated monthly remuneration: ₹2,25,000
