The legal vacancy is for Assistant (Enforcement and Legal), an anticipated Group ‘B’ non-gazetted administrative post at WDRA, New Delhi.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Assistant Director (Enforcement and Legal) in enforcement actions against warehouses, repositories, inspection agencies, and other market participants.
- Handle litigation and legal cases in which WDRA is a party, including cases filed against WDRA.
- Perform any other work assigned by the competent authority from time to time.
Eligibility
- Must be an officer of the Central or State Government, PSU, autonomous body, or statutory body holding an analogous post on regular basis, or a Level-6 post with three years’ regular service.
- Must possess a degree in law from a government-recognized university or institute.
- Must have three years’ experience in dealing with legal matters.
- Maximum age limit is 56 years as on the closing date.
Salary / Perks
Pay Scale: Level-7, Rs. 44,900 - 1,42,400.
HRA is admissible as per Central Government norms, since WDRA has no residential facility.
