2. About the Post / Opportunity

The bank is seeking to appoint a Legal Executive for its AR–OPE (Asset Recovery – Operations) vertical under the Junior Management Grade Band. The role is positioned within the Personal Finance – Personal Products – Asset Recovery function and supports legal operations across hubs on a pan-India basis.

3. Roles and Responsibilities (Legal Executive)

The Legal Executive will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all legal actions related to the bank’s asset-recovery operations. The work involves handling litigation arising against the bank within the designated hub, monitoring customer vehicles and other financed assets, and initiating legal proceedings for recovery where required. The role also includes overseeing actions related to repossession, reviewing NPA contracts with State Legal Coordinators, and ensuring statutory compliances and licensing obligations across the hub.

4. Eligibility 

Minimally, applicants must hold a Graduate degree. A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong understanding of basic legal processes, litigation support and documentation standards relevant to banking and recovery operations.

5. Experience 

A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required, with preference for candidates who have more than two years of exposure to litigation support, recovery matters, documentation, or legal operations in the banking or financial-services sector.

6. Compensation / Salary
