· Providing legal services and advisory as required by the organisation

· Drafting, vetting, and negotiation of legal agreements and documents

· Assisting in structuring and design of financial and operational transactions

· Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks in BFSI sector

· Supporting internal teams in legal matters related to infrastructure financing

Eligibility

Educational Qualification

· LLB from a recognized university/institution

· Desirable: Master’s degree in Law (LLM)

Experience

· Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience

· Preference for candidates with experience in corporate law / project finance matters

Age Limit

· Minimum: 21 years

· Maximum: 40 years

· Age relaxation as per government norms

Desirable

· Experience in BFSI legal framework

· Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills

· Understanding of regulatory and financial laws
