RIICO (Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Limited) is a premier agency of the Government of Rajasthan. It serves as the apex body for industrial infrastructure development in the state, managing land acquisition and industrial area development, and providing financial and technical consultancy to industrial units.

About the Post/Opportunity/Job

This is a permanent, government-sector technical post within the legal cadre. The JLO is a critical officer-level role responsible for safeguarding the corporation’s legal interests.

There are 04 (four) vacancies for the Junior Legal Officer post.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Providing legal opinions on land acquisition, industrial allotment, and contract disputes.

• Handling court cases where RIICO is a party; preparing para-wise comments and coordinating with senior advocates.

• Preparing and vetting legal documents, including lease deeds, indemnity bonds, and agreements.

• Ensuring the corporation adheres to the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, industrial regulations, and labor laws.

• Conducting study and examination of case laws and statutes to support corporate legal strategy.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Law Graduate (LLB Professional Degree) from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks, OR an LLM degree.

• Age: Minimum 18 years and below 40 years (as of February 20, 2026).

Note: Candidates must also possess a basic knowledge of Hindi (Devnagari Script) and Rajasthani culture.

Salary/perks

• Probation Period: Fixed remuneration of ₹23,700 per month for the initial 2-year probation period.

• Post-Probation: Placed in Pay Matrix Level-10. The regular salary includes Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other benefits as per state government rules.
