Roles and Responsibilities

Young Professionals in the Law domain are tentatively assigned projects such as:

• Conducting legal research and analysing international developments in securities laws.

• Assisting in litigation data management and the analysis of quasi-judicial orders.

• Reviewing existing regulatory frameworks and assisting in drafting legal documents.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized university with at least 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.

• Work Experience: At least one year of work experience in corporate or securities laws after completing the Bachelor's Degree in Law/LLM.

• Age: Not more than 30 years as of the date of publication of the advertisement.

• Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.

• General Skills: Must possess analytical ability, strong oral and written communication skills, and an aptitude for research.

Salary/perks

• Monthly Stipend: A consolidated monthly stipend of ₹70,000 (all inclusive).

• Accommodation: Unfurnished shared accommodation in Mumbai may be provided, subject to availability.

• Travel: If required for official reasons, domestic travel is eligible for allowances equivalent to Grade A officers.

• Leave: Entitled to 18 days of leave in a year (accrued as 1.5 days for every completed month).
